We take great pride in sourcing high quality ingredients for our gelatos and sorbettos, which is why we travel the world over to find the best ingredients. Whether it’s pistachios from Sicily, vanilla from Madagascar, or mangos from Maharashtra, we love discovering ingredients that create the most delicious pint of gelato or sorbetto – and a taste that’s Clearly Talenti.

THOUGHTFUL RECIPES

The recipes we create are carefully considered: from a dulce de leche passed down for multiple generations, to adding enticing new ingredients to more established flavors, like vermouth in our Double Dark Chocolate, and lemon zest in our Madagascan Vanilla Bean. It’s recipes like these that lead to flavors that excite us from the very first bite.

CRAFTED FOR TASTE

Our methods help maximize the flavor of our gelatos and sorbettos. For example, we steep fresh mint leaves in milk and cream for 45 minutes to create a real mint flavor. Or, we slow-cook our gelato to create its distinctive flavor. We do whatever it takes to make outstanding gelatos and sorbettos, making it Clearly Talenti.
