GINGER MATCHA MILKSHAKE
- 1/2 cup white chocolate
- 1 box Alfort matcha biscuits, crushed (reserve a couple to garnish)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- 3/4 cup Talenti Matcha Ginger Gelato
- Blend the Ginger Matcha Talenti Organic Gelato, matcha powder, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In the bottom of a tall glass, add some chocolate syrup.
- Pour glass full of ginger matcha milkshake.
- Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings and a dusting of matcha powder. Garnish with crystallized ginger if desired.
