COOKIES AND CREAM NO-BAKE PIE

INGREDIENTS

  • Crust
    24 oreos, additional for topping
    7 tbsps salted butter, melted
  • Filling
    4 oz Cream Cheese
    1 Pint Talenti Cookies and Cream, slightly melted
    4-5 Crushed Oreos
  • Whipped Topping
    2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream, cold
    1/4 cup Sugar
  • Optional Toppings
    Crushed Oreos

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. To make the crust: Add oreos to a food processor and mix until crumbly. Add to a bowl and mix in butter until the texture resembles wet sand. Press mixture into a tart pan, ensuring the entire pan is coated. Add to the freezer for 20 minutes.
  2. While the crust is freezing, combine cream cheese and Talenti Cookies and Cream gelato into a bowl. Use a hand mixer to mix together until smooth. Add additional crushed oreos.
  3. When the tart is finished freezing, begin making the whipped topping. In a bowl, combine heavy whipping cream and sugar. Using a hand mixer, whip cream on high speed until stiff peaks begin to form, about 2-2 ½ minutes. Be sure not to over mix the cream.
  4. Place whipped topping on top of the tart. Top with additional crushed oreos.
  5. Place whipped topping on top of the tart. Top with additional crushed oreos.
