PREP TIME: 20 MINUTES
YIELD: SERVES 8-10

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup Rainbow sprinkles 
  • ¼ chopped pistachios
  • ½ cup lemon curd 
  • ½ cup dulce de leche  
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 10 rolled wafer cookies
  • 1 lb. strawberries 
  • 1 pint blueberries 
  • 1 pint raspberries 
  • 1 pint blackberries 
  • 1 pint cherries
  • 1 pint Talenti Belgian Chocolate Gelato 
  • 1 pint Talenti Sea Salt Gelato
  • 1 pint Talenti Honey Graham Gelato (This flavor has been retired. Pair it with your favorite Talenti flavor instead.)
  • Sugar cones, bowls, and spoons for serving

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place chocolate chips, sprinkles, pistachios, lemon curd and whipped cream into small dishes. Transfer to serving board. Add cookies, berries, and cherries in piles nestled around the dishes.
  2. Just before serving add Talenti Belgian Chocolate Gelato, Talenti Sea Salt Caramel Gelato and Talenti Honey Graham Gelato.
