DESSERT BOARD
PREP TIME: 20 MINUTES
YIELD: SERVES 8-10
INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup Rainbow sprinkles
- ¼ chopped pistachios
- ½ cup lemon curd
- ½ cup dulce de leche
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 10 rolled wafer cookies
- 1 lb. strawberries
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 pint raspberries
- 1 pint blackberries
- 1 pint cherries
- 1 pint Talenti Belgian Chocolate Gelato
- 1 pint Talenti Sea Salt Gelato
- 1 pint Talenti Honey Graham Gelato
- Sugar cones, bowls, and spoons for serving
DIRECTIONS
- Place chocolate chips, sprinkles, pistachios, lemon curd and whipped cream into small dishes. Transfer to serving board. Add cookies, berries, and cherries in piles nestled around the dishes.
- Just before serving add Talenti Belgian Chocolate Gelato, Talenti Sea Salt Caramel Gelato and Talenti Honey Graham Gelato.
