PEACH-HABANERO MANGO MOCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS
- 4 ounces peach juice
- 1⁄2 ounce habanero-agave syrup *see below
- 1⁄2 cup frozen mixed berries
- Juice of 1⁄2 lime
- 1 box (6 mini bars) Talenti Alphonso Mango Mini Sorbetto Bars
- Habanero pepper, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker, combine peach juice, habanero-agave syrup and ice. Shake vigorously. Strain mixture into glass filled with ice. Add 1 Talenti Alphonso Mango Mini Sorbetto Bar to glass. Garnish with a habanero pepper.
*Habanero-Agave Syrup: In a small saucepan over medium-heat, bring 1⁄2 cup water, 1⁄2 cup agave, 2 thin slices of habanero and 1⁄4-inch piece of sliced ginger to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes or until mixture has thickened.
