THE FIRST-EVER VANILLA BEAN DIRTY MARTINI SUNDAE

INGREDIENTS

*For a non-alcoholic version, replace the gin-spiked dirty honey brine with 2 oz Dirty Brine Honey Sauce.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Starting with the gelato, add two scoops into a martini glass or the Talenti container.
  2. Drizzle honey sauce and crumbled blue cheese on top and garnish with lemon zest and olives.

    TO MAKE THE HONEY BRINE SAUCE:
  1. add 1 1/2 cup clover honey,
  2. 1 1/2 oz olive brine,
  3. 1 1/2 oz London dry gin,
  4. 1 tsp flaky sea salt,
  5. 1 tsp olive oil into a food processor and blend until smooth.
