Cool down this Independence Day while mixing up your drink menu with gelato summer mocktails, like our Frozen Tropical Paradise. This recipe blends Talenti Caribbean Coconut Gelato with fresh pineapples, evaporated milk, strawberries, mango, and topped off with cherries for a delicious treat. INGREDIENTS
- 1 pint Talenti Caribbean Coconut Gelato
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 1⁄2 cups Pineapples
- 1 1⁄2 cups Mango
- 1⁄2 cup Evaporated Milk
- 3 tbsps Honey
- 1⁄4 cup Shredded Coconut
DIRECTIONS
- Add strawberries, pineapples, mango, Caribbean Coconut Gelato, and evaporated milk to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Dip the rim of a glass into the honey and then dip into shredded coconut. Add blended frozen drink to each glass.
- Serve as desired.
