This recipe is the first of the Talenti Chef’s Collection, a delicious new series of flavors inspired by Chefs from around the world. Peanut Butter Crunch was inspired by Chef Avishar Barua’s “Buckeye Bon Bons”, the winning dessert from the Top Chef Quickfire Challenge hosted by Talenti! We start with a layer of creamy peanut butter gelato, followed by crunchy graham cracker pieces and a rich layer or brown butter sugar sauce. Next, we add a layer of our smooth vanilla gelato, and saving the best for last we finish with an indulgent layer of chocolate peanut butter cups.
