                Summer is almost here. Or,as we like to call it, gelato and sorbetto season!
 
RECIPE
- Prepare your glass by rimming it with sweet sugar crystals 
                   - Pro-Tip: dip the rim of your glass in water or lime juice before adding sugar crystals to ensure they stick
 
- Add a scoop of Talenti Roman Raspberry Sorbetto
- Add a splash (1.5 oz) of your favorite prosecco 
                   - Pro-Tip: prefer a mocktail?! This is just as sweet as if you add sparkling cider or a non-alcoholic champagne instead!
 
- Sprinkle in a handful of edible rose petals
- Garnish with a skewer of dried raspberries and blackberries and a sprig of fresh rose
