INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups Talenti Alphonso Mango Sorbetto
- 3 ounces coconut rum
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 cup ice
- 2 ounces coconut cream, divided
- Pineapple frond, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine Talenti Alphonso Mango Sorbetto, coconut rum, pineapple juice and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Spoon 1 ounce coconut cream into the bottom and on all sides of a tall hurricane glass. Top with sorbetto colada mixture and remaining 1 ounce coconut cream to create that marbled look. Garnish with a pineapple frond. Serve immediately.
