INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops Talenti Sea Salt Caramel Gelato
- 2 oz freshly brewed espresso (room temperature or chilled)
- 1½ oz vodka
- ½ oz amaro
- 1½ oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz brown sugar syrup
- Coffee beans, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine vodka, espresso, amaro, coffee liqueur and brown sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. For a non-alcoholic version, use extra espresso along with a small splash of non-alcoholic herbal bitters to replicate the complexity and depth of flavor.
- Fill the shaker halfway with ice, then shake for 20-30 seconds, or until the shaker feels too cold to handle.
- Strain the mixture into chilled glasses.
- Top each glass with a scoop of Talenti Sea Salt Caramel Gelato.
- Garnish with coffee beans and serve immediately.
