INGREDIENTS
- 2.5 oz white rum
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 cup Talenti Alphonso Mango Sorbetto
- 0.5 - 1 oz simple syrup (optional)
- Mint leaves, to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the sorbetto, white rum, and lime juice to a blender and whizz until smooth. For a non-alcoholic version, replace rum with pineapple juice or coconut water.
- Taste and add simple syrup if you want extra sweetness. Blend again.
- Divide the mix between glasses and garnish with the mint leaves.
