INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Talenti Madagascan Vanilla Bean Gelato
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz coffee liqueur1 oz Irish cream
- 1 cup ice
- A drizzle of chocolate syrup
- Whipped cream (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add gelato, vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, and ice to a blender. For a non-alcoholic version, simply skip the vodka, coffee liqueur, and Irish cream, and add chilled coffee or espresso along with a splash of cream or milk for richness.
- Blend until smooth. Taste to check consistency. If you want it a little thicker, add a bit more gelato or ice.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the glasses.
- Pour the blended mixture into the glasses.
- Garnish with whipped cream and drizzle more chocolate syrup on top.
