INGREDIENTS
- 4 scoops Talenti Caribbean Coconut Gelato
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz vodka (optional)
- ½ cup frozen pineapple juice (freeze in ice cube trays ahead of time)
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- Pineapple wedges, to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a blender, combine Talenti Caribbean Coconut Gelato, rum, vodka (if using) pineapple ice cubes and frozen pineapple chunks. For a non-alcoholic version, simply skip the rum and vodka and add a splash of lime juice for extra zing.
- Blend on high until smooth, creamy, and slushy. If it’s too thick, add a splash of water or extra pineapple juice.
- Pour into chilled glasses.
- Garnish with pineapple wedges.
