INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 ounce dark chocolate
- Pinch of salt
- 2 scoops Talenti Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch Gelato
- Whipped cream (optional)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine the milk, cocoa, sugar, chocolate and salt in a small pot over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring frequently with a whisk until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is hot and steaming. Remove from the heat.
- Next, make the whipped cream. Combine the heavy cream and powdered sugar in a small bowl. Whisk vigorously until medium-stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes.
- Scoop the Talenti Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch Gelato into a mug.
- Pour the warm hot chocolate over the gelato. Top with the whipped cream and serve immediately. Enjoy!
