OUR PROCESS

  • Step 1:We start with real vanilla beans imported from Madagascar and cook them in milk, cream, and sugar for 45 minutes using a slow cooking bain-marie process to distill maximum flavor.
  • Step 2:Next, we steep the mixture with a dash of lemon zest for an added Talenti twist that enhances the floral vanilla notes!
  • Step 3:We allow it to freeze to the perfect consistency and package it in our recyclable and reusable clear jar.
