INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop Talenti Roman Raspberries Sorbetto
- 4–5 fresh mint leaves
- 4–5 fresh raspberries
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- Sparkling water or club soda
- Crushed ice
- Mint sprig + raspberry for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a shaker, muddle the mint leaves, fresh raspberries, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Add a handful of ice; shake well.
- Add ice a rocks glass.
- Strain the cocktail over ice.
- Top with club soda.
- Add a scoop of Talenti Roman Raspberries Sorbetto on top.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a fresh raspberry.
